Types of PVC processing additives

1. ACR processing additives:

ACR is a copolymer of methyl methacrylate, acrylic ester, styrene and other monomers.It can be used as both processing aid and modifier.The important role of ACR processing AIDS is to promote THE plasticization of PVC, shorten its plasticizing time, improve the uniformity of melt plasticizing and reduce the plasticizing temperature.

2. Light stabilizer for processing:

PVC profile products are mostly exposed to light and a variety of other light, according to the product application environment in processing when adding a certain amount of light stabilizer can prevent and alleviate the decomposition and aging of products, prolong the service life of products.
