We have kinds of model of extruder such as LY-65, LY-70, LY-85, LY-95, LY-120 which corresponding different hourly output with 100-2000kg/h.

1. Mixing machine: According to the production line output of different models of powder mixer, three main models for you to choose.

2. Feeding machine: The motor is used for power screw conveying to ensure convenient and fast feeding. 3. Extruder: According to the output of the production line, different models of extruder are selected, with the output ranging from 100kg / h to 1000kg / h. corn flour, corn flour, bone meal, algae, fresh meat and meat powder can be used as raw materials. The mold can be changed for the specific product shape.

4. Hoister: Feed to the oven, the height of the hoister is determined according to the oven, or air blower can be selected.

5. Multi layer oven: Most of the ovens are electric ovens. The temperature is adjusted by the control cabinet from 0 to 200 degrees. The inside is made of stainless steel double-layer mesh bags. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed of three-layer, five-layer and seven-layer stainless steel ovens; (according to the output)

6. Seasoning line: There are octagonal tube, single drum, double drum seasoning line, according to the output, product nature configuration.
