1. Products Introduction

PVC True Union Ball valve is Sanking's flagship product. This series valves allow easy repair or in line valve replacement due to the union ends which come manufactured with. The true union ball valve can be used as a union and a valve at the same time. Because of the unions' design, when the pipeline system needs to be repaired or maintained, this can be taken out of line for ease of service without disassembling an entire system, minimal impact on the whole system. We provide the size from ½” through 4" diameter. Connection styles are either socket or threaded. EPDM or VITON on Seal are available. Besides PVC, we also provide CPVC, PPH, PVDF.


PVC true union ball valves are widely used in industrial, especially in some complex environments with strong acid and alkali, such as water treatment, electronic semiconductor, pharmaceuticals industry, Chemical industry, construction industry, Mining & metal industry, desalination、Agriculture, Food & Beverage, New energy industry

The valve also provides a clear (transparent) labelling System helps you identify any information that you want to show on the valves, such as the conveyed fluid, function of the valve inside the plant and so on which is easy for end-user to track information. It further ensures that the valves are easy to operate and long-term life, bring the best experience and the greatest guarantee to the end-users.

A: 150psi.


Q2: Can the handle of the PVC true union ball valve be replaced?

A: Yes, it can be replaced easily. And this handle can be used as a tool for disassembly, assembly or adjustment of the support of the ball seat carrier.


Q3: How long is the lifetime of Sanking's PVC ball valve?

A: It varies according to different working conditions, if the conveyed liquid is pure water at 25 degrees with a pressure of 3 kgs, indoor application, the service life can exceed 50 years. But if it is 98% concentrated sulfuric acid at 25 degrees with a pressure of 3 kgs, indoor application, the service life is often about 3 years.


Q4: What kind of valve should be used for 30% nitric acid at 70 degree with a pressure of 3KGS?

A: It is recommended to use CPVC valves with black VITON seal.


Q5: Are there any more economical suggestions for the pressureless delivery of copper sulfate solution at room temperature?

A: You can use PPH valve with EPDM gasket, pay attention to the crystallization problem.


Q6: Are your PVC true union ball valves reliable?
